Our FS Broom is Australian made and designed specifically for use on roadwork sites in conjunction with the road profiler. This new model improves safety on the worksite, allowing all sweeping to be done whilst driving forward, instead of reversing.
Product description
The FS Broom is a forward sweeping bucket broom that has an innovative design with the bucket in front of brush, allowing it to be lifted out of the way when necessary to sweep right to the end of a cut. Available with different sweeping widths including: 1600mm, 1700mm, 1800mm and 2000mm. The bucket opens hydraulically, making emptying easy, and all buckets are fitted with a bolt-on cutting edge. The FS Broom features a unique Floating Bristle design to allow brush to follow contours. A 50/50 mixture poly and wire brush segments are standard although this ratio can be altered to suit your application. The main brush is driven directly off the hydraulic motor via a urethane-coated drive coupling, minimizing wear parts. Optional dust suppression kits and higher capacity buckets are available.
